- Prepare 3 of medium boiled potatoes peeled.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of fresh parsley chopped.
- You need 1/2 tablespoon of each.

- Mash the potatoes.
- Over medium head add water oil and semolina and cook till you get dough let it cool so you could handle it in your hand.
- Add potatoes and semolina mixture with all the spices and mix well.
