Ingredients of My amazing Keto sorbet!!
- Prepare 2 cups of frozen mango chunks (organic).
- Prepare 1 cup of frozen blackberries (organic).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
- It’s 1/4 cup of goat yoghurt (optional).
That was actually my own estimate based on other recipes I made. There's something so refreshing about sorbet on a sunny day. The store bought ones are loaded with sugar but this low-carb, dairy-free berry fruit sorbet uses a keto-friendly sweetener and fresh berries for the ultimate in low-carb summer treats. - In a vita mix or a large blender, (or a nutrabullet) blend together frozen mango, blackberries, milk, and yoghurt. Blend until completely smooth.
- Notes: you will often need to stir this for it to become smooth. Mine took about 30 minutes. Don’t add anymore milk. Just keep stirring it. If it really isn’t working then you will have to add more milk. But not a lot!.
