  1. First blend all these=onion+ginger+garlic.make a smooth paste and strain extra water from it.

  3. Now in a heavy base pan first put only paste of onion.
  4. Cover it on high flame and soak quickly whole water.now in other small pan dry roast all spices and let it keep.
  5. Now in same pan put some oil and roast cumin seeds.
  6. Add it to onion mixture and let cook on high flame constantly.
  7. When it looks golden add tomatoes paste and dry roast spices together.
  8. Now stay on high flame and stir constantly.
  9. When it start leaving oil just then curry is ready.
