  1. Boil wanton in water until they are cooked (float on top of water) *I used frozen wanton because I've no time to make* once they are cooked drain the water.
  2. Mix sauce in a separate bowl. 4 hip tablespoon of 老乾媽 (chilli in oil) – adjust the amount of oil to your liking. 4 tablespoon of black vinegar. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (I used coconut aminos) and lastly a tablespoon of sesame oil.
