- You need 1 C of Sushi rice.
- It’s 1 C of Corn starch.
- It’s of Vegan chicken seasoning.
- You need of UMAMI mushroom seasoning.
- It’s 2 of Nori sheets.
- It’s of Pickled Shredded red cabbage.
- You need of Pickled carrots and apples.
- You need of Soy sauce (shoyu sauce).
- You need of Mirin (rice wine vinegar).
- You need of Sesame oil.
- Prepare of Sesame seeds (optional).
