  2. Prepare of Good handful of cherry tomatoes.
  3. It’s 2 cloves of garlic.
  4. It’s of Fresh basil.

Whisk together chopped garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, and basil. When combined slowly drizzle in oil. Meanwhile back at the bat cave, toast the bread. It's peak tomato season, which means it's also bruschetta season!

  1. Chop tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic and put in a bowl. Tear up some fresh basil, throw it in, add pinch of salt and drizzle of oil. Leave to marinade (I forgot to take a pic of this, sorry!)
