Ingredients of Chicken_Ka_Salan
- You need 1/2 kg of Chicken.
- You need 1/4 cup of Oil.
- It’s of Onions 2 medium (thinly sliced).
- You need of Ginger garlic pste 2 Tbsp (fresh).

- Lighly brown onions (no dark brown plz). Add chicken n ginger garlic paste n bhoonofy properly till the raw smell of g/g completely gone n chicken changes its color..
- Now add all spices n tomatoes n bhonofy again till oil separates. By this time ur tomatoes must be cooked n turned into paste n well mixed in the gravy. Now add yogurt n mix again..
