Ingredients of Fried Tofu
- It’s 2 blocks of tofu, slice.
- It’s 2 of tomatoe, chopped.
- Prepare of Shallots and garlic, minced.
Fried Tofu step by step
- Stir fry shallots and garlic then add tomatoe. Season with salt. When cook set aside.
- Cut tofu into slices pat dry with kitchen towel. Heat pan add oil then fry tofu. When done arrange in a plate and put cooked tomatoe in the center to use as dipping sauce.
