- You need 1 kg of mixed fish, chopped.
- You need 2 of celery sticks.
- It’s 2 of carrots.
- Prepare 1 of chili pepper, deseeded.
- You need 4 stalk of fresh parsley.
- It’s of Zest of 1 lemon.
- It’s of Juice of 1 lemon juice.
- You need 500 grams of mash potato.
- It’s 75 grams of grated cheese.
Fish Pie step by step
- Grate together celery & carrots, finely chop the chilli & fresh parsley including stalk. Mix all together with zest of lemon.
- Squeeze the juice of lemon over the mixed fish.
- Using individual pie dishes or a large layer the celery & carrot mixture on the bottom, layer grated cheese next then fish mixture on top..
