- Soak Green moong dal + Channa dal + puffed rice for 4-6 hours. Less soaking time will give you crispier dosa..
- In a mixer grind the soaked ingredients + cumin seeds+ ginger + chilli. Grind it smooth..

- Now add chopped onions + hing + salt + jaggery to the pesarattu batter and add water if required..
