- If using an oven bake for 180 for about 35-40 min….if using a charcoal oven or mawe tatu….check after 30 min…the nice aroma from the cake will alert you..Insert a knife or skewer, if it comes out clean it is ready.
- Once ready, let it cool before removing it from the pan.
