- Blind bake using parchment paper filled with dried beans to weigh it down for approximately 7 minutes. Remove pie weights, and parchment paper and bake for an additional 5 minutes..
Put hazelnut meal, arrow root starch, cinnamon and salt in food processor.. Not that you can't use it with other flavors, I just haven't tested it with anything except chocolate (yet!). Add hazelnut butter, coconut oil, yogurt, cacao powder, vanilla extract and salt and process until smooth. It should feel like a grainy dough. Press the dough for the crust into the greased dish until it's evenly spread out.
