- take red onions, parsley and tomatoes, dice into small squares and place in a medium bowl.
- drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze on diced onions and tomatoes (according to own preferred taste).
- cut dinner rolls in half, place on tray and bake in oven until crisp/ browning.
- remove rolls from oven and place on serving plate.
- spoon tomato and onion mix onto the rolls, creating a small mound.
- using your fingers, crumble desired amount of fetta on the top of each roll.
- add a drizzle of oil and balsamic glaze to plate for show.
