- You need 2 of Whole Tilapia You can use any fish you like.
- It’s 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder.
- Prepare 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Pepper Powder.
- Prepare 1/2 Teaspoon of Red Chilly Powder aka Paprika.
- It’s of Salt as per taste.
- You need 1/2 Tablespoon of Coriander Powder.
- It’s 2 Tablespoons of Oil.
- You need 1/2 Cup of Breadcrumbs.
Fish Fry step by step
- Mix up all the above ingredients in a large bowl; except for oil and breadcrumbs..
- Make sure your fish is nicely coated in the spice mix..
- Allow it to sit for 1/2 hour, this is totally optional..
- If you don't have time to marinate the fish you can cook it immediately after adding the spices..
- Heat oil in a pan; while that's heating up coat the spiced fish in breadcrumbs..
- Fry the fish on both the sides until done..
- You could have this with Tartar Sauce or a fresh salad..
