- divide dough in 1/2 keep other half covered so it doesn't dry..
- Roll the dough on floured board to 1/8 in thick..
- cut dough into rectangles to whatever size u like..
- heat the vegetable oil to 400°F in large skillet or deep fryer..
- carefully put first sopapilla in hot oil. once its puffed u can turn it around until golden brown..
- place cooked sopapillas on a plate with a paper towel..
- once they are all done enjoy with some honey :).
