- In bowl pour some cream add the cornstarch and mix till it melt.
- Over medium heat add the cream in a pot mix once a while until we see bubbles on the side we change the heat to the lowest temperature very important we add the cornstarch mixture mix till it get thick.
- Pour the qemar into flat pan we leave it to cool for two hours then put in the fridge until the next day.
- Then we cut it and roll it and add some milk on top of it.
- We serve it with pita bread on side and honey.
